Avantri Law
typically charges a
flat, fixed fee. The amount of the fixed fee varies depending on
the nature of the tax defense project.
Avantri does does not
charge by the hour, like most law firms, except for unusual
matters such as tax litigation. We find that most of our
clients like the certainty of a flat fee. The unlimited
nature of hourly charges scares most people.
We cannot give you
an estimate of your flat fee until after we understand the
nature of your tax problem. We have a general fee structure
for offers in compromise, payment plans, bankruptcy advice,
lien removals, subordination agreements, review of records
of account, and similar services, but special circumstances
may require a deviation from our fee structure, which is why
we must fully ascertain the nature of your problem before we
can give you a fee quote. That way there will be no
misunderstanding regarding fees.
Some cases require
certain costs in addition to our fees. These costs are
payable in addition to Avantri Laws fees. For example,
overnight delivery charges are not included in our fees.
Most cases, however,
have no costs charged in addition to our fees.
Payment of Avantri
Laws
fees and estimated costs is require up front, prior to
commencement of work.
We accept payment by
check via U.S. mail, VISA, MasterCard,
and Discover card.
